Performing accurate and timely monthly payroll calculations for their employees
Providing expert advice in labor legislation
Acting proactively in the face of changes in labor laws
Job Description.
As an HR Business Consultant, you will take responsibility for performing timely and accurate monthly payroll processing for about 40 employers. Your duties will include:
Registering new customers and their staff in Easypay software
Identifing the optimizations for which the new customers are eligible
Processing of monthly hours
Proper completion and closing of payrolls
Manage payroll related files and prepare or complete necessary documents and attestations to government or other agencies
Administrative tracking of insurance, external prevention and wellness service, meal vouchers, employer settlement service, ….
Expected Competencies:
A number of years of relevant work experience
A thorough knowledge of the legal, social and tax system within Belgium
Be customer focused and accurate
Being able to work independently
Being eager to learn
Languages: Dutch. Knowledge of English and French is a plus.
